Top One Tech is responsible for every product we produce and ship out. We accept reasonable returns and exchanges requirements after customers communicate with us about the mutual responsibility and conditions for returns and exchanges.
A customer of us placed an order for 60 units of 21.5-inch touch monitors. After their customer receiving the goods in July, 2023, the customer knew that they had placed wrong order. The customer contacted us and expressed the intention to return the wrong order and reorder a new batch. In addition, they wanted us to produce the new order of 60 units as soon as possible. Top One Tech is responsible for any product we sell and can accept reasonable return and refund requirements. After fully understanding the customer’s requirements, we arranged the return procedures for the customer. We called the customs office in advance to inquire about the relative policy for export returned goods. Our colleague in charge of customs declaration also went to the customs office in person to consult the information that needed to be prepared to make sure all the procedure goes as quickly and smoothly as possible. Before the customers and their customers all went on holiday in August, we prepared all the documents needed for the returned order for both sides in advance. At the same time, we started to produce the new batch of touch monitors after the customer confirmed the new order with us.
After the customer received the returned goods from their customer, the goods departed from the port of customer’s country and started its tour back to China at the end of October, and finally arrived in Hong Kong in early December, 2023. Since we have fully learned about the related policy and logistics information and prepared all the customs information and documents needed and submitted them in advance, the goods arrived at the customs warehouse smoothly. After the warehouse inspection was completed, the full refund was given to the customer after deducting packaging and manual assembly costs.
