One of our customers ordered 60 units of 21.5-inch touch monitors. After receiving the goods in July 2023, they realized they had placed the wrong order. They contacted us to initiate a return and reorder a new batch. They requested that we produce the new order of 60 units as quickly as possible.
At Top One Tech, we take responsibility for all our products and accept reasonable return and refund requests. After thoroughly understanding the customer’s needs, we arranged the return procedures. We contacted the customs office in advance to inquire about the policies for exporting returned goods. Our customs declaration specialist also visited the customs office to gather necessary information, ensuring a smooth and swift process. Before both the customer and their clients went on holiday in August, we prepared all the required documents for the return. Simultaneously, we began production on the new batch of touch monitors as soon as the customer confirmed the new order with us.

After the customer received the returned goods from their customer, the goods departed from the port of customer’s country and started its tour back to China at the end of October, and finally arrived in Hong Kong in early December, 2023. Since we have fully learned about the related policy and logistics information and prepared all the customs information and documents needed and submitted them in advance, the goods arrived at the customs warehouse smoothly. After completing the warehouse inspection, we issued a full refund to the customer, deducting packaging and manual assembly costs.
